Complete the Submission Form below. Enter your information and upload your completed Membership Application (PDF) in the “File Upload” section.
Click the submit button.

Please Note

Eligible Club members must be 6-18 years old to attend.
$30 Annual Membership Fee
You will be notified by one of our staff members once your membership is accepted.
Once your membership is accepted, you will be asked to attend a mandatory registration meeting.
