Youth Enjoy Day for Kids at Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl
Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida youth had an incredible time with the Florida Gators and Michigan Wolverines at the Buffalo Wild Wings Day for Kids! Players from both teams took a break from preparing for the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl to spend an afternoon with some of our outstanding Club members. Bounce houses, ferris wheels, relay races and more made for a fun event. Check out the video from the big day.
Special thanks to our partners at Buffalo Wild Wings who made Day for Kids possible. During the event, they presented a generous check of $10,000 to help our local Clubs improve key youth development programming. Between first and second quarter at the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl, the company will present their 2015 contribution of $2.7 million to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. We are so grateful for their ongoing support both on the local and national levels.
“From hosting our Brevard Chess Club to providing donations for our Celebrate The Children event, Buffalo Wild Wings epitomizes what a true partner should be,” said Gary Cain, BGCCF President & CEO. “We are extremely grateful for their support and look forward to working on new ways to build this relationship as their footprint in Central Florida continues to expand.”
At the big game, 300 BGCCF youth will get to attend and cheer for their favorite team as they watch the Gators take on the Wolverines.
